CD Release Concert at Palm Loft Gallery, 410 Palm Avenue, loft A-1, Carpenteria, CA

$20 donation includes a free CD.
Doors open at 6:00 pm for an abundant potluck buffet. (Contributions to the table are appreciated, but not mandatory.) An open mic follows. I go on at 7:30. Accompanied by: Rebecca Troon (harmony, percussion and banjo), Tom Lee (bass), and Mark Alciatic (dobro, mandolin, and cajon).
Intermission is followed by the great bluesy duo, Blue Glass Music.

THE VOTE SONG is intended as a rally song. Infused with an engaging reggae beat and a powerful chant, it is an upbeat call to action -- simple, legal, peaceful and realistic action: Just vote! While the song enumerates many of the problems we face these days, it is intended to provide an inspiring alternative to despair.
It is my passionate hope that this song will motivate at least a few people to turn their outrage into hope, and "get out there and vote!"
